I have had tremendous success with this product. For 6 weeks I have been constipated with IBS-C. I was in tremendous pain and saw many gastro doctors. No matter what they gave me, it did not work. I mix this product with Metamusil, Miralax and OJC. My pain is 90% gone in my upper stomach, just below the rib cage and around the waste. You have no idea what a relief this has been for me. Cat scans and MRI(s) due to this IBS-C problem. I will continue to spend the money and have relief every day of my life. Invest in me. I had CT Scans, MRI(s), and many doctor appointments. I do not wish anyone having IBS symptoms. Because of the IBS symptoms and follow-up, the MRI showed a very small 6MM cystic lesion on my pancreas, that must be monitored. Something good happens out of something bad. My husband is also very happy with this product. 4 days after being on the OJC, tremendous comfort 85-90% improvement for me. I highly recommend it.

Purity Products - Charged for refused shipment

I have been on a 3 month auto ship for a nutrition product for the last 2 years from Purity Products. I had recently gone away for extended vacation and forgot to bring the current supply of product with me, thus when I returned home I had an adequate supply of the product, thus I did not need the next scheduled shipment. I contacted Purity Products two days before the scheduled shipment of the product and kindly requested that they please delay the next shipment until December 1st. They refused my request and sent the product. When the package arrived I contacted Purity Products again and notified them that I would be refusing the product and will return it and that I expected a full refund. A week and a half later I saw a refund on my CC that was $4.95 less than what I paid. They had not refunded the shipping cost. Under federal law when if an individual refuses a package they can not be charged for shipping for a package they do not accept. This is the law. Had I opened the package that would have been an acceptance of the package, thus I would have been responsible for the shipping cost had I then returned it. However, I brought the unopened package and returned it to the post office and refused the package. I have contacted Purity Products on three separate occasions since to express my dissatisfaction but I have been completely ignored. I am a nutritionist and highly recommend products that I myself use. This company has high quality products and have strongly considered expanding into other products they sell. However, how can I recommend products for a company that violates the law in an effort to cash in on an extra $5. That is theft. I have spent a lot of money on their products over the last several years, but I am not going to sit back and allow a company to steal from me, regardless of how much is stolen. If I am not refunded the $5 that was stolen from me, I will no longer do business with this company and will no longer recommend their products.

Purity Products - The possible purchase of Hyluronic 7

I was considering adding at least one bottle of the new HA 7 to my next Super Saver shipment, based upon the very high recommendation given to this product by one of your reps in a recent call to Customer Care. I am not particularly happy with the product from another company that I am currently using, but, given the dosage suggestions for this product, a user should consume 2 entire bottles within the first 15 days. This suggestion makes this product very expensive. Also, I have been unable to utilize my VIP status at 50% off plus an additional discount of 7% in an on-line ordering process. Calling into Customer Care to re-structure my Super Saver order ea. month is simply too much of a hassle. I want to try this new product, but I am not sure what to do now. Any suggestions?

They are clear that there is auto ship, however, I don't like it either. It would be nice if you could just order when you want to, which may be possible, but it costs more. With auto ship you get a discount. What I do, although it's a bit of a pain, is call their number where you can change the shipping date. If we haven't made it through all our stuff, as we are bad about being consistent, I just call and put it off however many months(up to four) that I need to. This can be done multiple times if necessary. Overall, I have been pleased with the products and so it's worth this little bit of inconvience.

Purity Products - 30 Minutes to cancel! I'll never get that time back!

I called customer care to cancel the automatic shipment planned when I called in. I spoke with an exemplary customer care rep, but it still took 30 minutes to achieve my objective. She was courteous yet persistent in me remaining a customer. I was offered reduced pricing and "Preferred Customer" status for all future shipments. I was sent a login email and accessed the online account information for me. I attempted to remove my credit card without success - a call to customer care is required. Thankfully, I was on with customer care. The rep confirmed to me that my card info had been deleted, although it did not appear so on the website. I am hoping that I will not have to call back again.
