Difficult process to return a cancelled order.

Sent an email to cancel an automatic order over three weeks before the cancelled order was shipped to me. Found an email later stating they did not cancel orders by email, only by phone. Had to pay for return shipping. I do not recommend participating in their automatic ordering process. The supplement was returned because it was much, much more expensive than supplements from other sources.

Re-occurring charges

I ordered one bottle of vitamins, but was shocked when I kept getting more every month. I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop the reoccurring monthly charges. WARNING, don't give them your credit card number, it's like a winning lotto ticket to them... You will be charged every month for life, and it's next to impossible to get them to stop.

User's recommendation: Don't order anything you don't want a lifetime subscription for, they won't accept orders for a one time purchase.

didnt fit my phone, sent back to them and then refused refund as i sent to po box. do not use!! was expected to post it to greece!

Complaint

I have tried over and over to stop and cancel supplies since the very first supplies, from being delivered automatically taking from my MasterCard! I need to speak with someone immediately!

I have canceled my subscription twice but got a package in the mail yesterday. Im returning unopened and I better not be charged. I canceled it after my Mom transitioned. Do not send anymore products. Thanks

Stop sending what I didn’t order

Ripped off

Ordered tablets from Purity Products. Around $10.00. There was no visible or actions that would have made me believe I authorized a subscription for these pills.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase anything from this company unless you use a Gift Visa Card.

I have a new Doctor & following his suggestions.

When I held for assistance to cancel some of my orders the phone staff was very pushy. They did not want to help me cancel. Two kept putting me on a long hold. I made 3 phone calls. All but 2 should be canceled. Vit. C w/D and B. It might be canceled now after 3 phone calls. I almost canceled everything. The staff was rude and very unhelpful!Make canceling easierake .

I never received the product but was charged. The tracking number to the post office was addressed to my city and state with no addressee? No refund or email or call of any notice to me whatsoever. The customer service rep obviously took my full name and address or my credit card could not of been charged. Scam-alert big time!

I received things that i never ordered

LAST YEAR AROUND CHRISTMAS I RECEIVED A BOX, THINKING IT WAS FROM MY NEPHEW I OPENED IT, IT COST ME $4,95, NOW I NOTICED THAT THERE'S ANOTHER $125 TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT TO WHICH I NEVER GAVE YOU THE AUTHORITY TO DO, THE FIRST BOX HAS TWO BOTTLES IN IT, OMEGA 3 AND B-12. THEY ARE STILL UNOPENED. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE FOR OR WHY AND HOW YOU GOT THIS INFO. WHEN WHATEVER YOU'RE SENDING ME NOW GETS HERE, I'LL BE REFUSING IT. ----- UNHAPPY CAMPER ----- TOM "O"

Never received their product - scam

Don't fall for the free bottle with paid shipping gimmick. They just want to get you subscribed for $150 a month. I never even received the first bottle I ordered.

Rude customer service cheating me out of money

I called to get the refund they promised. The woman over talked me and was rude. I told her the refund amount wasnt right and she said its only 5 cents. I said its the principle. She argued with me and I asked for a supervisor. She put me on hold while I was still talking. I guess she cant add and she got pissed. This is a very poor representative and a poor company that would employee people like this. I will call my cc company and put in a complaint with the attorney general. They need an audit.
