This company calls 2-3 times A DAY to get us to buy products. We have told them to FIVE times to cease calling. I have placed them on the Do Not Call list twice. I also told them I filed a complaints with the Do Not Call List.

I have blocked my phone to all numbers without caller ID, yet Purity somehow hacks into my phone and rings me anyway! The fact that Purity purposely bypasses normal telephone call processing tells me a lot about their business practices.

These people are not honest--do not purchase their products, or they will never leave you alone!

I have been on a 3 month shipment schedule for probably 2 years. I have had good customer service - I've changed my shipments several times, cancelled a product and customer service was happy to do what I want. I am going to add Omega 3 to my shipping today - and I DON'T work for them!! People are (should be) willing to read any negative comments and learn from or beware of things that happened to other consumers. I'll stay with Purity Products. They "do" rank high on the quality chart and that's important to me.

Just to be clear are you all talking about purity and not puritan's pride.  

 

I just called a number for purity after listening to a radio show. the recvording informed me I had the wrong number BTW the prod is co 210 any info on that?

I took ha joint formula with biocell collagen II. I developed a cancerous tumor in my TMJ joint which has devastated my life. The tumor consisted of BCL2 which is biocell collagen II. I had major surgery and radiation and I am cancer free but still have major side effects. Has anyone else experienced this. please email me at

i ordered purity products but thank god i used a gift card with a little money on it so they could not bill more because i am always a little skeptical about ordering from places i never ordered from. I did like the product.

By the way, although the people at Purity are crooks, I really love Swanson, which has good service, great prices, and does business honestly!!! My recommendation: Stay the *** away from Purity; try Swanson.

Giving Purity my Visa account# to pay for the postage, I sent for the "free" joint supplement, but I didn't like it (it upset my stomach). Next thing I know Purity has taken an additional $104 from my account. When I finally got a real person on the phone, I was told that the product would keep coming because I hadn't called to cancel it. When I told her that I hadn't been informed of this and that I didn't want it; and I wanted my money to be returned to my account, she said it was too late. The product had already shipped. I would have to wait until the package was delivered to me by UPS, and then refuse to accept it. It would then be returned to Purity and eventually my Visa account would be refunded. Well, I refused the package several weeks ago. The money has yet to be returned to my account. Believe me, I will never buy another thing from Purity. These people are crooks. I am also through with ordering "free samples" online. There is always a backlash.

I have been using Purity Products for over two years and they have never called me. I have no problem calling them to change my ship date. Excellent service.

Has anyone (but me) wondered why people who are SATISFIED with Purity Products AND their service are reading posts about Purity on pissed-consumer.com? 

 

Me-thinks we all know who these cool-aide drinkers work for!
